Café Rouge has been making casual French Bistro dining a hit since 1989. Through our ‘love food, love wine, love people’ ethos and approach we strive to deliver an unforgettable ambiance with great food and customer service that keeps people coming back again and again.

Right now we’re looking at Café Rouge differently too. With over 100 restaurants and around 2,300 people we’re far from complacent with our success to date.  We have ambitious plans for the future and are evolving our offer accordingly. Not change for the sake of change. Sometimes just a little tweaking of things here and there. But we’re certainly not holding back on investment – in fact, over the next 2 years, we’ll be investing in every one of our restaurants both front and back of house to rejuve the brand. We are also investing over £200k in customer service training and revamping our food and drink offer after successful test in over 20 restaurants.

We have a wealth of training tools and systems within Café Rouge. In fact, we have every tool required to take somebody from their first day of induction through to management level and beyond.
