The support centre is where the behind-the-scenes magic happens! We have talented teams of professionals in all divisions from HR to Procurement, Marketing to Finance and everything in between! The support centre teams are a central hub of knowledge, on hand to support our operational teams in every way possible, so that they can focus on what they do best - running their business and delighting our customers.
HR provide support to operations to ensure they have all the tools required to run their businesses. We have a variety of roles across talent management, Learning and Development for front and back of house teams and Employee Relations. The team is specialised in their field and aim to deliver exceptional standards through developing our people and spotting fantastic talent to ensure we are an evolving brand …… ‘the best brand’ to be a part of. We have a big focus on developing our people which means we constantly provide opportunities for our employees to grow, be at their best and build their careers with us.
If you like being hands on, then why not join the Operations Team. Our Operations Team is field based and responsible for the running of our restaurants. They are ultimately accountable for driving sales, standards and service through the leadership of their teams of General Managers.
We have an experienced and talented Food Development team which is led by our Executive Development Chef. They are responsible for bringing the best dishes to our menus and ensuring our Head Chefs are knowledgeable and able to deliver quality dishes to ‘Wow’ our customers each and every time
Our Procurement teams work closely with the food development team to ensure our ingredients are traceable, sourced responsibly and delivered to our restaurants on time to enable our teams to continue to serve our customers’ favourites!
The Brand & Marketing team provide all of the tools which enable us to talk to our customers correctly and consistently. They provide both local and national communications across all brand touch-points, from menus to A boards, to website and emails, to keep our customers up to date with promotions, news and point of sale material. We have experts in digital and data, research, social media, customer care, traditional marketing, local marketing and brand.
