These are the people who help make it happen! Our Front of House teams are the face of Café Rouge. They deliver brilliant Guest service, constantly finding ways to make our Guest's experience more enjoyable and ensure that every guest feels special.
Our Supervisors oversee daily service, interact with customers and lead by example in showing Team Members what a brilliant Guest experience looks like. They're our future stars, strong team players who know how to support, motivate and drive their team to deliver great results.
Assistant Managers support their General Managers, making sure that teams deliver brilliant experiences to Guests. They're also important in helping to deliver the right turnover and profit levels. Many of our Assistant Managers are ambitious and are looking to be General Managers – something we take very seriously in developing our talent.
Our Chefs and Kitchen teams are talented and ambitious and love working together as part of a successful team.. They have an eye for detail, the ability to drive standards and exceed guest expectations, and of course, a love of working with fresh produce!
Our Sous Chefs support their Head Chef and the kitchen brigade. They help deliver the menu, showcase Café Rouge's fantastic food, and run all aspects of the kitchen to keep it safe, clean and compliant. Passion and experience are essential ingredients to be a successful Sous Chef at Café Rouge.
Our Head Chefs are the heart and soul of our kitchens. They deliver exactly what's on the menu - delicious dishes that wow Guests. As well as hands-on cooking, they manage health, safety and hygiene standards, control costs and minimise wastage. They're passionate and confident. They have culinary flair, and they're experienced at leading and inspiring teams to achieve more.
General Managers identify and capitalise on opportunities to enhance the Guest experience in their restaurants. They don't just focus on great food, fabulous drinks and outstanding service, they run the business side of things too - controlling costs, managing budgets and driving sales, whilst supporting, training and developing their teams. They're talented managers who are results-driven and people focussed.
Our Area Managers use their considerable experience and flair to look after a host of restaurants in a particular region. They're high achievers who know the restaurant business inside out, drive it forward, and guide and develop their teams.
The support centre is where the behind-the-scenes magic happens! We have talented teams of professionals in all divisions from HR to Procurement, Marketing to Finance and everything in between! The support centre teams are a central hub of knowledge, on hand to support our operational teams in every way possible, so that they can focus on what they do best – running their business and making every Guest feel special.
